Software Engineer

Nameyan is a multifaceted recruitment and training program aimed at equipping junior developers with the latest knowledge and expertise in the field of Software Development and Artificial Intelligence, as well as preparing them to polish their skills demanded in the technology market.

Advanced Backend Development in Java + Spring MVC
Advance Web Development in React Js

JOB SUMMARY

Roles and Responsibilities

Work in a paired programming environment
Collaborate with product managers, designers and product owners
Develop solutions in the customer experience space and utilize test-driven development to build features for those solutions
Deliver solutions using continuous integration to get faster feedback
2+ years of work experience in Object Oriented development in at least one of the following web or mobile technologies:

Java / Ruby / Python / Golang, Spring and/or Rails frameworks and Swift/Objective-C/Android / iOS

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

At least bachlors’ degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering. Masters plus will be preferred.

Experiences

Experience with Test-Driven Development, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
Experience deploying applications in a containerized environment.
Experience in SQL databases.

Technical skills

Proficient in writing Javascript and Java or Kotlin.
Proficient with frontend and backend development.
Familiar with the Spring and/or React.js frameworks.
Comfortable with working in a UNIX terminal.
Ability to develop empathy with users.

General skills

Enjoy paired programming and working on a balanced team.
Keep up with best practices and spread that knowledge to others.
