Designation: PLC Operator
Qualification Requirement: DAE / B-Tech - Elictrical or Mechanical
Experience Required: 3-5 Years (Relevant Experience)
Required Skills:-
- Hands on with Siemens PLCs
- Demonstrate excellence in pressure handling and on spot troubleshooting
- Ability to think critically, identify problems and then solve it
- Understanding of techanical drawings, circuit diagrams and ability to understand operational manuals
- Capacity to work simultaneously on various projects
- Strong problem solving
- Monitored and recorded process variables such as levels, flows, temperatures and pressures
- Trouble shooting and problem solving issues that may develop in a timely manner
- Performed preventive and maintenance activities
- Kept precise daily logs and repairs
- Must have the ability ot learn and work effectively with the plant distributed control system (DCS)
Responsibilities:
- Ensure restoration of original condition of plant, building and machineries
- Engage production and maintenance team for efficiency enhancement of plant machinery
- Manage outsource staff engaged in the the process
- Optimize use of spare utilization
- Typical duties may include inspection and operation of plant successfully
- Work well in a team environment
- Monitors, controls and records plant operations
- Performs preventive maintenance activities and assist maintenance technicians in performing maintenance and repairs
