To operate X-ray machine in compliance of QC/HSE protocols.
To ensure that all machine safety devices remain intact and functional such as guarding, interlocking, emergency stop, isolation etc.
To perform machine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, pre-startup safety inspection, changeovers, adjustments.
To maintain documented communication of shift handing over/ taking over, change parts.
To optimize consumable inventory with the intention to maximize MTBF (mean time between failure).
To ensure PPE compliance specific to x-rays.
To make correspondence with Supplier whenever needed.
To maintain documentation-related worksheets:
Machine output sheet
X-ray machine log sheet
Daily Production Plan Sheet
Analysis of Rejected Packets
To ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is performed on time under his supervision.
