- Analyse and isolate issues, Network troubleshooting.Virus analyse & Trouble Shooting and give solutions to management.
- Configuration PC’s on Outlook and install all necessary updates.
- Expertise in giving user right and enable security and blocking & unblocking websites.
- Installation/troubleshooting of all development and designing tools.
- Responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Client and Server based platform.
- Should be involved in Active Directory Administration and User/Groups provisioning.
- Purchase of equipment when needed.
- Good communication skills.Quick Problem resolving skills.
- Responsible for hardware installation, RAID, Data Recovery, data restorations capabilities and troubleshooting Network Nodes.
