- Responsible for receiving finished goods from production department as per GTN and duly transfer them to warehouse.
- Receiving of all the incoming material from all sources i.e. suppliers, open market and customers.
- Organize the material in proper specific area under FIFO style.
- Assist in Stock taking /Stock audit of raw material, general and finished good inventory on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure raw material and packaging material stock level is as per minimum stock quantity by keeping close watch on stock level and informing short/low stock items to line manager accordingly.
- Prepare GRN against physical items received with proper stamping.
- Conduct physical inspection of items purchased by Purchase Officer.
- Maintain damage/breakage/leakage report of stored items.
- Issuing of raw materials to concern department according to demand.
- Ensure accurate and safe loading of finished good as per sales order.
- All other tasks assigned by management
