职位介绍

Nextbridge Pvt Ltd is seeking 2 x IT/Technical Recruitment Executives for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the Departments’ General Managers to forecast hiring needs
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Requirements

  • Ideally CS/IT/Software Engineering/Business & IT/Business Administration degree holders
  • 2-4 years' experience as a Technical recruiter / IT recruiter.
  • Must be able to make high volume of calls in order to convince the passive candidates to explore the opportunities arisen in Nextbridge.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent telephone ettiquette
  • Ability to convince and negotiate with candidates in a professional manner
  • Must be able to work in the shift timings of 10 AM to 7 PM or 11 AM to 8 PM
  • Must be able to fill the positions of PHP, JavaScript, Dot NET, WordPress, iOS, Android, SQA, UI/UX to tight deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

Gross salary as per skill-set

a) During Probation period:

  • 3 sick/casual leaves 
  • Subsidized company lunch/dinner

b) After completion of Probation period (Permanent Employee is entitled to the following benefits):
