Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the installation of a new production manufacturing unit for synthetic leather products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or chemical/polymer engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Project planning and management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful installation of the production unit.

Team management: Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and production staff to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

Technical expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on the installation of production equipment, including machinery and tooling.

Quality control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.

Safety and compliance: Ensure that all aspects of the project are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.

Communication and stakeholder management: Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers, to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical/Polymer Engineering.

Experience: Minimum 14 to 16 years of experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Skills: Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.

Certifications: Professional certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are desirable.
