NPI construction & engineering is looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor who has experience in Roadway projects. Applicants need to to know how to draw Cross-Sections and profile in AutoCAD 2D ort AutoCAD Civil 3D.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor at NPI Construction & Engineering in Karāchi. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost control, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. Applicant also needs to know how to draw shopdrawings for Structures like culvert nad has to know to know how to draw Bar bending schedules. Applicant also needs to know how to draw project Schedule in PrimavVera.
Qualifications:
- AutoCAD Civil 3D or AutoCAD 2D
- PrimaVera
- Bar bending Schedule
- Earthwork Calulations
- Slopes, Cut & Fill
- Cross Sections
- Shop Drawings
- Material Calulations
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills.
- Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Cost Reporting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Proficiency in industry-standard quantity surveying software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
