Functions:

A. Procurement and supply chain management

Plan for all project procurement with relevant project manager and Coordination
Manage and coordinate the entire procurement and supply chain
Reinforce current procedures and the quality of internal control
Ensure information flow with other departments and sub office for effective service delivery thus securing the successful conclusion of the delivery to sales department
Account for overall compliance with In-house procurement demand procedures.

B. Stock Management

Manage the IN and OUT processes of the stock and ensure the proper implementation of these processes in the Area offices
Ensure overall compliance with the stock management procedures.

C. Delivery (Transport) Management & Communication

Manage delivery of stock and supplies to sub office as required
Account for the overall compliance with delivery management procedures.
Comply with requirements of In/out Bound Logistics
Deal all the issues related transportation service/rates/negotiations timely manner

D. Fleet and Fuel Management

Ensure proper adherence of utilization, maintenance and follow up of the vehicles, contracts/Agreements/routes plan.
Control and manage the cost of the fuel, maintenance and repairs
Accounts for the overall compliance with the fleet management procedures
