A Male is required for the position of Customer Service Representative at Ocean 1 (Pvt.) Limited. He will be responsible for providing administrative support at the Front Desk in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Minimum qualification should be Bachelors from a reputable university
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Receive, direct and transfer telephone messages and fax messages
- Entertain the customers at the reception/Verification and identification of customers
- To act as a liason between clients and executive staff
- Direct the right information from Clients to the appropriate staff member
- Handle customer complaints and queries
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence of the day
- Respond to inquiries of all clients and customers
- To provide support in day to day administrative tasks
