We are designers, manufacturers and exporters of leather products. We are looking for Ecommerce Executive for our Retail/Export business.

Objective

The ideal candidate will be responsible for devising sales strategies, customer interactions and maintain records. He must facilitate business development for new initiatives and programs.

Ideal Profile

The ideal profile for this role is a high potential, self-motivated, ambitious and optimistic individual with some experience and exposure of ecommerce business ideally from fashion/luxury products. A previous experience with leather products would be ideal.

Job Description

Manage / add or update website data as and when required and ensure its consistency.
Handle customer queries related to products coming through website & social media channels.
Do confirmation calls and process orders received from customer through the website.
Place order on behalf or guide customers on the ordering procedure.
Send new products updates using different communication channels to customers on regular basis.
Coordination with operations department for issuance of products.
Coordination with developer team
Pick and pack products as per the packaging standards set by the company.
Punch in order details and on courier company portals.
Must comply with customer management strategy, customer satisfaction surveys, and customer relationship management
Cover special events/exhibitions on behalf of the company locally & internationally
Maintaining confidentiality of company data (wherever required)
Basic level accounting
Punctuality & time management
Honesty & Trustworthiness
