Job role: Communications and Engagement Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of online marketing materials
- Work with different departments to generate new ideas and strategies
- Work closely with product and data departments to implement and measure new engagement strategies
- Write copy for communication, engagement and marketing strategies
- Help users use our services efficiently. Identify and remove roadblocks in user journey
- Test differemment communication, engagement and marketing strategies and improve performance of these strategies
- Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success
- Define, measure, report and improve key performance indicators for each communications channel
- Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals
- Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral to ensure that it is consistent with the organization's brand
- Write and deliver internal/external newsletter on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of Fresh to 3 years’ experience in a marketing/communications role
- Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
- Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Up to date on industry trends and able to stay ahead of the curve
