● Prepare and direct the preparation of audits, financial statements and varied reports.
● Review and recommends modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
● Be responsible for closing books at the year’s end upon completion of annual audit.
● Create the various ledger accounts including reconciliation of the general ledger, revenue accounts, expenditures, and cash balances.
● Assist the financial activity on assigned programs and prepares expenditure reports for program managers as necessary.
● Maintaining accounts documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or directs correcting entries.
● Prepare, maintains control, and is responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
● Cash flows and using the same to predict future financial trends.
● Assisting the accounting and systems for the company’s finances
● Develop good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the Company.
