The "candidate" is required to work on defining the design requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, animations, and video editing. The candidate shall be the one to shape the visual aspects of campaigns, web presence, ATL and BTL Artworks including calligraphic artworks (if required), websites, Mobile App UI/UX, product packaging, exhibitions, Print Media, and more. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience at any and all the media.
Creativity is the key requirement of this position along with the ability to design in Urdu and English or using a mix of both languages. The designs and graphics should capture the audience's attention and communicate the right message. Thus, the candidate should have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design.
The candidate should be able to communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, and should be able to meet tight deadlines and strict schedules.
Expectations The Candidate should be able to:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budgets
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas/storyboard
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director (video) to produce the final design/campaign
- Test graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback
Job Specifications/Requirements An ideal candidate shall have:
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details with Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet strict deadlines
- Degree in Computer Arts, Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
