We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and a drive to build enterprise systems and a self-motivated desire to continually learn and improve. We require someone with a strong background in Microsoft technology (Power Platform(Canvas Apps) / Office 365 / SharePoint / Dynamics 365 / MS SQL); experience in building scalable, resilient, and secured applications.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Taking user requirements and translating them to fit complete solutions on the Power App platform and other relevant technologies in Microsoft Stack.
- We require someone with excellent knowledge of architecting, designing, and developing complex enterprise-scale integration solutions in Power Platform (including Power Automate, Power App), SQL Server, Azure, Office 365 (including MS Teams, MS Forms, and MS Planner), and SharePoint
- Lead the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions and take end-to-end ownership of shaping solutions & defining the right architectural approach based on the needs of our clients.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform SDK and tools
- Experience in working in collaborative teams and working in an agile manner in a commercial environment.
- Support estimation, planning and delivery as a technical leader.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Owner/Clients to ensure our solutions are built to reflect the needs of the client and your solution vision, making the best use of current development practices.
- Manage the workload for the developer(s) and liaise with the Testing Team to resolve any defects identified by the development team.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience working in software development environments.
- Experience in Power BI shall be a plus.
- Strong Customer engagement and delivery experience.
Pay and Benefits
- Salary range is Rupees 80,000-110,000 per month exclusive of other benefits.
