Job Description:
We are on the search for a dynamic and experienced creative resource to undertake the responsibility of heading the creative team at OSC. Responsibilities include ideas development, creative strategy, campaign development and generating creative event and marketing proposals.
Responsibilities:
§ Conceptualize creative concepts for events, experiential campaigns and marketing campaigns
§ Develop and translate concepts into ATL and BTL campaign strategies
§ Design concepts and process flows of experiential events, corporate events, art and music events, exhibitions, festivals, carnivals, pop up exhibitions etc.
§ Translate client brief into actionable deliverables for the creative team
§ Oversee the performance and delivery of deliverables for each project by the creative team
§ Coordinate with the operations department on elements of creative proposals
§ Study and analyze current and upcoming market trends. Develop creative proposals according to the market demand
§ Develop innovative strategies and creative proposals to stay ahead of competitors
§ Oversee the complete process of creative proposals and their execution, from client brief till coordination with operations department for execution.
§ Develop KPIs for the creative team and evaluate performance of each member accordingly
§ Develop quality control measures to ensure that creative deliverables are properly translated during execution
§ Develop storyboards and copy for event and marketing campaigns
