- Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions.
- Provide existing and new customers with detailed information about products or services the company offers.
- Record all interactions with customers, including details, comments, complaints, and the actions taken to resolve the issues.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication, speaking and active listening.
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport-building skills.
- 01-03 years of outbound calling experience.
- Freshers with good English speaking and listening can also apply.
