• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks; bench marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through cold calls and emails, maintain prospects & follow-ups and handle in-house & out-house meetings/demo with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals/presentations and follow up with key decision makers.
  • Record sales and order information and report it to the Marketing Head.
  • Maintain and expand client database.

Required Skills Set:

• Establishing new business, to collect the payments

• Maintaining accurate records, send the mail / Invoices to the customers and date to the customers about their status.

• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings

• Negotiating contracts and packages

• Ability to understand the costs, negotiate and persuade.

• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

• Researching the market and related products

• Presenting the product or service favorable and in a structured professional way face-to-face

• B2C sales involve direct selling to the consumer or end user

• Evaluating customers skills, needs and building productive long lasting relationships

• Proficient in MS Office.
