We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head of Accounts to lead our finance and accounting department. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the garment or textile industry and a strong background in banking, finance, loans, and ERP software. This role requires strategic financial planning, effective cash flow management, and compliance with industry standards and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the company.
Manage banking relationships, loan applications, and financial negotiations to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise accounts payable, receivables, payroll, and taxation functions.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and financial audits.
Implement and optimize ERP software for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and financial risk management strategies.
Prepare financial reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements for management review.
Work closely with procurement, operations, and senior management to improve financial efficiency.
Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring best financial practices are followed.

Requirements:

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the garment or textile sector.
Strong knowledge of banking procedures, loans, and financial regulations.
Hands-on experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
Expertise in taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Leadership and team management skills with the ability to work under deadlines.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
