JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize B2B sales expertise for project responsibilities.
Manage annual estimates, strategies budget for Central I to optimize financial planning.
Drive new business development by approaching prospects, utilizing PR, consultant meetings, competitor data analysis, and customer retention efforts.
Handle inquiries, ensure prompt quotations, and cultivate robust relationships with key consultants, contractors, direct customers, and end users to foster collaboration, both within and outside the organization.
Contribute to company-wide annual targets and departmental KPIs by executing pre-set strategies and plans.
Manage the offer roster, maintain a proactive prospecting pipeline, and lead the Central II Projects team to achieve dynamic business goals.
Ensure compliance with ISO documentation, certification, and SOPs.
Monitor and control credit with timely payment follow-up.
