Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing resource mobilization strategies and plans to meet the organization's funding and resource needs.
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential funding sources, including grants, sponsorships, partnerships, and donations.
Assist in preparing compelling grant proposals, funding applications, and other fundraising materials to secure financial resources.
Support the cultivation and stewardship of relationships with donors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to maximize resource mobilization opportunities.
Assist in organizing and managing fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives to raise funds and increase donor engagement.
Collaborate with the communication team to develop impactful communication materials that effectively convey the organization's mission and programs to potential donors and sponsors.
Monitor and track fundraising activities, including donor contributions, grants, and sponsorships, and prepare regular reports to evaluate progress and performance.
Assist in building and maintaining a donor database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor records.
Support the Resource Mobilization Manager in budgeting and financial planning related to resource mobilization activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new funding opportunities to enhance resource mobilization efforts.
