- Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation·
- Work with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storage.
- Determine the needs of end users of technical documentation
- Analyse information required for the development or update of policy, procedure, and form documentation.
- Review and/or copy edit content developed by other members of the team.
- Explore and select appropriate mediums and channels to disseminate the content
- Standardize help content across all digital platforms and media
- Study our in-house software solutions and collaborate with product experts and developers to write technical content
- Make use of innovative methods such as illustrations, animations, charts etc. to increase users’ understanding
- Owning the quality of the documentation as well as help to improve the process of organizing and generating documentation.
- Stay knowledgeable with the latest trends and advancements in language, product interfaces, and content development
- Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions.
- Plan and conduct training sessions (online and offline) for professionals
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any major)
- Experience (0-5 Years) in the IT industry in a similar capacity is preferable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand highly technical information
- Outstanding command of English language and good oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in teams and independently
- Have a problem-solving approach
- Passionate about learning new technologies
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and communicate them in an easy-to-understand writing style
