Path Solutions is looking to hire a Business Analyst in Karachi , Pakistan .

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze, validate, define and maintain functional and non-functional requirements by working closely with different stakeholders, ranging from customers and market experts to software engineers, QA personnel, and customer support specialists
Examine problems, assess alternative solutions and continuously reconcile requirements with evolving business environment and emerging technical limitations
Produce and maintain conceptual models (business, functional and/or data) and provide product expert knowledge during all phases of product delivery
Contribute to product backlog management in collaboration with the product manager
Keep abreast of both business market and technology trends in own area of expertise and apply this knowledge to bring fit-for-purpose solutions to customers
Source information across the product, technology and platform, operations, support and business development functions to capture documentation requirements for customers

Education & Experience Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
5+ years of demonstrated experience in Banking or Banking Software Product Management
An ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a correspondent bank, with deep understanding of cross-border and domestic payment operations, SWIFT interfaces and messaging services, and SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 standards
Strong technical business analysis background
Experience in technology development and integration is required
