Manage bookkeeping using QuickBooks and Excel.
Handle accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements.
Track and manage company expenses.
Collaborate with internal teams.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
Review journal entries, reconciliations, and other accounting records for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with other departments to develop annual budgets.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Contribute to financial forecasting and long-term financial planning.
Conduct regular reviews of financial processes to identify and mitigate risks.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
Provide required documentation and support during audit engagements.
Coordinate external and internal audits.
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Oversee the credit and collections process.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws affecting the organization.
Coordinate with tax consultants for timely filing of tax returns.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Evaluating, developing, and improving department controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency.
Analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, such as vendors or lenders.
Should be able to make payroll independently.
Generate financial reports.
