Qualification: MBA, Master degree in Social Sciences/ engineering or equivalent qualification

Experience:

Should have more than 10 year experience of training in relevant fields and have developed training modules.
Should have adequate knowledge of disaster risk reduction and disaster risk management terminologies.
Should know the international best practices in the field of Disaster Management
Should have imparted at least 15 trainings to management level participants at provincial or national level on i.e. CBDRM, DRM, DRR or relevant topics
Should have adequate knowledge of provincial and district government set-ups
Proficient in MS Office.
Proficient in written and spoken English
