Job Purpose:

The Human Resources Assistant shall assist with administrating the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. S/he will provide clerical and administrative support to Manager HR. S/he will also support Organization’s daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Manager HR in recruitment and selection process including scheduling and arranging interviews and conducting written tests;
  2. Completing HR employment formalities with new joiners;
  3. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees;
  4. Maintaining and updating personnel files;
  5. Responsible for completion and accuracy of each employee file;
  6. Updating leaves record of employees in personnel files;
  7. Maintaining and updating all employee record and HR relevant forms in the respective files as received;
  8. Maintaining a record of reimbursement cases in hard;
  9. Assist Manager HR in arranging training sessions for staff as required;
  10. Assist in coordinating the Internship Programme;
  11. Facilitate employees in the exit process;
  12. Completion of clearance forms;

16.   Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor to meet the Organizational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline.

Minimum Experience:

Preferably 01 to 03 years in a relevant field

Required Skills:

1. Good Communication skills.

2. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

3. Self-motivation and ability to work on multiple tasks.

4.  Strong team spirit with practical interpersonal Skills.
