Demonstrate high ethical standards and integrity in personal and professional dealings, and be willing to act on, and remain accountable for his/her decisions.
Develop an in depth knowledge of the company's business and strategic plans in order to exercise informed judgment while fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a CEO.
Strong ability to build alliances for the organization utilizing stakeholders and board members to communicate key messages to civic leaders.
Must possess long-term strategic planning ability, able to plan and direct beyond day-to-day operations.
Be an outstanding communicator, responsive to the needs of the public, board of directors and other officials and employees.
Must possess good instincts to identify and build relationships with key community leaders and influencers.
Prior strong working relationships with the Board, especially as Chairman of the Board.
Must have experience setting up a business in a new country while working remotely from the corporate office.
Must have prior COO or CEO experience in another, best in class organization.
