Supervision of 13 company owned, company operated quick oil/lube outlets in the Riyadh District. Completely responsible for P&L, Inventory management, Staff management, Sales targets, Supply Chain, Corporate affairs matter, Business Development (NTI) etc.
- Supervise all activities in the region regarding Sales & Marketing, Sales Promotion, Dealer Management, Corporate Sales, Event Management & General Administration etc.
- Conducting Sales Training across the country for Sales staff of the company as well as dealerships.
- Conducting training need analysis and devising plans.
- Prepare & Present quarterly PDCA to executive committee about performance and plans.
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales target in respective Region.

- Prepare and submit regional sales forecast on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential sales volume of dealers.

- Resolve customer and dealers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management.

- Prepare and execute activity plans for regional sales operations.
- Survey customer needs and Identify trends and track competitor information / market sensing.
- Prepare an annual budget of regional office, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Organising and Managing Events in the Region on behalf of company.
- Visit corporate & government departments for smooth running of corporate affairs.
- Provide back end operational support to US Based IT firms i.e. (EnPointe Technologies & PCM)
- Deals with customers & vendors on daily basis and do after sales follow ups.
- Formulation of Quotation, Processing of RFP, PO, RFQ, RMA & C/O
