The Nutrition Assistant shall be responsible for providing health education talks, screening to children, women and their partners in the health facility and in the community on nutrition related issues. S/he will provide anthropometric assessment, recording, referral and linking clients to respective service points and shall maintain environment friendly working space hence adhering to infection control and prevention practices. S/he will provide nutrition services including but not limited to counseling, linkage and preparing treatment for the clients.

A Field Officerworks at or oversees external locations where company project activities occur. Field Officer responsibilities include making field visits and ensuring company endeavours are successful. Field Officers may work under the instruction of a Project Manager.
Ensure completion of checklist pertaining to data collection tools.
Conduct Household interviews in the community regarding agriculture activities including DDR, COVID, and cultivation etc.
Meetings with community key persons/stake holders to explain survey objective.
Conduct detailed discussion with beneficiaries and Key informants.
To support the Baseline Survey while collecting the data collection as per SOPs of organization.
Manage issues related to the task in field during data collection and report to line supervisor.
Responsible for the entire data collection form the community.
Facilitate the field team for carrying out community sessions.
