概要

Worked as development professional for 11 years with different INGOs and NGOs including International Committee of the Red Cross ICRC, South Asia Partnership Pakistan SAP-PK, Save the Children, Catholic Relief Services CRS, National Commission for Human Development NCHD and People and Resource Dynamic Project PARDYP. The main areas of profession including Business Start up Grant, Livestock, Cash For Work, Relief in Emergencies, Water and Sanitation, Health and Hygiene promotion, Basic Education, Volunteerism, Child Protection, and Agriculture. Worked as Social Organizer, Field Officer, Community Mobilization Officer, Project Coordinator, Project In-charge and Team leader during my professional period. I did Master in Sociology and Graduation in Sociology from University of Peshawar, additionally I have a Certificate in Information Technology CIT . Working with different organizations on different positions I utilized and increased my professional skills contain Assessment, project design and implementation, monitoring, report writing, distribution in emergencies, community mobilization ,village committees formation, trainings delivery, Team leading, questionnaire development, adjust myself in every culture, religion and area, result oriented, strictly following organizational rules, punctual, ability to understand quickly, problem solving ability, using of computer including Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms Power Point, Internet and Software installation.
