Support CP team in Sensitization, and capacity building of health professionals and allied & paramedic staff, by displaying flow charts, guidelines and referral pathways in different wards and dissemination of flyer, for proper case management.
Support in formation of District Child Protection Network with the collaboration of Districts Health and Education department.
Support CP Team in conduction of Semi Annual Progress review workshop in target districts to strengthen the capacity of District Child Protection Network and to cater for any transfers & posting and ensure follow-ups with HCPCs for case referrals, to conduct case conferences, and/or develop better linkages with child protection service providers for referrals of CAN cases.
Ensure Awareness raising of caregivers, care-providers, parents, allied and paramedic health actors, patients visiting hospitals, members of the community on GBV, PSEA, early detection, and referral of VAC, through BCC materials including static posts, videos and animations using different social media handles.
 Evaluate the existing resources, including financial, human, and infrastructural, available to the CPN.
Forge partnerships with other hospitals, healthcare providers, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community stakeholders involved in child welfare.
 Develop and implement community engagement and education programs aimed at raising awareness about child abuse and neglect, prevention strategies, and the role of the CPN.
Advocate for the integration of child protection services into routine healthcare practices and hospital protocols
Regularly evaluate the CPN\\\'s operations, services, and outcomes to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
 Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives based on evaluation findings to enhance the CPN\\\'s effectiveness and sustainability.
