Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative department, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships.
Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance operational efficiency.
Supervise and provide guidance to the administrative staff, including administrative assistants, receptionists, and office clerks.
Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management and other staff members.

Activities/Responsibilities:
Overseeing & managing office upkeep, sanitation, cleaning, and security
Coordination with Proposal Department, in submitting the Bids, in soft & hard forms, as per the specific submission time
Maintain all IT equipment, software, ensure consistent network (Ethernet and Wi-Fi) availability in the office.
Have knowledge of networking, computer hardware, common software like Microsoft Office, internet etc.
Ensuring availability of utilities (power, water, gas, fuel)
Overseeing maintenance and security of all equipment in the office premises including power genset, computers, laptops, networking equipment, CCTV, telephone exchange, kitchen etc.
Inventory management of all office assets.
Order office supplies and local purchases.
Plan & arrange meetings, take minutes and distribute.
Handle both incoming & outgoing email and physical correspondence, including writing & composing correspondence.
Maintain a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Maintain contact lists.
Maintain employee attendance & leave record, timekeeping and Payroll generation
Dealing with insurance companies, Social Security & EOBI
Preparing & publishing job advertisements on all channels.
