I must inform you that I have done Masters in Human Resource Management and have extensive 15 years of experience in project management, operations, human resource management, research and trainings in development as well as corporate sector. 

Worked as Project officer (Livelihood) in UNHCR funded livelihood project for Afghan Refugees and host comminities in 8 districts of Northern KPK with Secour Islamic France .

worked on different position with UNFAO, UNIOM .

I have Worked as project Manager in SEHAT INSAF CARD distribution project among 3 million beneficiaries in Peshawar , Nowshehra, hangu and Kohat districts I have worked as field monitor with glow consultants(third party monitor) for IOM projects in Khyber Agency .

I have worked with reputed non for profit organization like Pakistan Red Crescent ,FRSP,BEFARe, RIPORT, RAABTA consultants and SARHAD on various positions and implemented multi sectoral projects in various districts of KP , Punajab and EX-FATA for TDPs, host communities and Afghan refugees. I have in depth understanding of Referral mechanism , project designing and development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, coordination , analysis and reporting of the activities. With BEFARe I have leaded two major projects in the capacity of Coordinator for MSI USAID funded and United Nations projects. Both projects thematic area was education and major purpose of the project was to conduct baseline survey for MSI on Early Grade Reading Assessment EGRA while another project was on provision of education to IDPs children of North Waziristan Agency in Bannu. My stay with UNITED NATION and aforementioned organization helped me to enhance my skills and capacity in project designing, implementation, coordination and monitoring evaluation has been enhanced and able to design and implement project with minimum supervision.
