Facilitate the employee in attending training programs and handle all required documentation/approval formalities. • Recruitment Drives Visit universities as per business plan for future hiring. Build long term relationship with various educational institutions in critical areas. Develop Metro by Nadeem Younas employer brand in the market and with educational institutions in particular. • Compliance Implement and ensure full compliance of policies and procedures of HR. Ensure all SLA’s are adhered to by recruitment function.
