Main Responsibilities
Daily visiting of market.
Stocks Checking Sub Division.
Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day sales efforts of the team.
Leading, directing and motivating the sales team..
Presiding over weekly staff meetings.
Conducting real-time phone monitoring of staff..
Promptly handling customer complaints
Ensure that the monthly sales targets set by the company are achieved.
Ensure availability of product in the market and its proper display at the customers Outlet
Ensure that there is a quality execution of all sales programs, promotions, initiatives,
and launching in the area and the distribution channels.
Ensure that his complete area of operation is adequately covered from business point of view.
