Data Center Engineering & Planning:
• Data Center Planning & Designing (w.r.t. IT, DC Room, Power & Cooling infrastructure).
• Planning & projecting IT infrastructure for Data Center.
• Providing Data Center solutions & consultancy.
• Implementing the TIA-942 Standards for TIERS I-IV Data Centers.
• Manages all local customer installations, in coordination with Sales Engineering, Design & Construction and Co-location Operations to coordinate customer move-ins and turn-ups, including deployments, power circuit installations and connectivity requirements.
• Writes and reviews Data Center related technical/non-technical documents like SOPs, RCAs, RFOs and Research sheets.
Network & Systems Support:
• Troubleshoot and maintain nationwide and international network operations.
• Providing Support/Troubleshooting to International customers of TATA & Verizon Communication.
• Managing nationwide INTERNET, VPN, and MPLS L2/L3 network.
• Configuration, Management and Optimization of Interior Routing/Switching, Broadband infrastructure, Metro Ethernet, FTTx (Metro Ethernet/GEPON) and L2/L3 MPLS infrastructure.
• Hands on experience on Cisco 3750, ME3400, ME2400, 2950, CE-500 Switches, and Routers 7600 series, 1800 series.
• Working on Multi-vendor devices such as Cisco, Raisecom, Maipu, BdCom, and Huawei.
• Deployment, Testing and troubleshooting of customers circuits involving Internet, L2 VPN, L2 & L3 MPLS VPN.
• Deal in trouble tickets along with reasons, history, and outage Reports &etc.
