Job Responsibilities:
Ø Processing of Payments for doctors’ professional services from clinical activities conducted by individuals on Variable Pay Model (VPM) and preparing of consolidated variance report / analysis of the same for Manager Payroll / DHR. This includes necessary checking / reporting of the payments due for the period, Coordination with all the concerned departments for the related info & verifications and Issuance of pay slips & case wise list of patients / details to all doctors.
Ø Processing of Master Payroll of various employee groups (regular or contractual), updating & reconciling allowances, additional payments / incentives, deductions & managing pay methods.
Ø Periodical review & analysis of clinical activities conducted by doctors’ for their revenue accounting and processing of increment in payments for doctors on fixed pay model as per the analysis & management approval.
Ø Preparation of policy write-ups / proposals related to compensation & payroll cases / issues for doctors & employees.
Ø Annual salary increase for all doctors / consultants as per management approval & participation under supervision of DHR for the annual HR budget activities as assigned.
Ø Full & Final Settlements of Separated Employees accounting for their salary, variable pay, PF & gratuity payments as applicable.
Ø Hiring & Training: Support in hiring & on-Job training / orientation of new officers in Payroll dept and also giving cross sectional training to other colleagues.
Ø Reporting: Status reports of work activities / key aspects for processing of payroll & submitting to manager payroll / director HR for necessary guidance / approvals.

Job Responsibilities:
o Staffing & Recruitment: Assisting Manager HR in coordination with administrator, CMO & HODs for processing of Job Requisition Forms, checking manpower plans, placing of advertisement, screening applications, arranging interviews, obtaining employment references, ensure required documentation, arranging employee orientation sessions, conducting training & orientations of assigned group of employees.
o Attendance management & reporting of attendance reports to Administrator / HODs / supervisors and responding / resolving attendance related queries with approvals from Manager HR.
Processing of leave, loan, advance-salary applications, probation & Contract end cases after approval from Manager HR / Administrator / CMO.
o Assist Manager HR in preparation & updating of job descriptions / manpower plans / HR policies / Proposals / SOPs.
o Payroll Management: processing of master payroll for all employee groups, head wise checking & reconciling allowances, additional / incentive payments, overtime, deductions, payroll reconciliation & analysis, checking of payment to be submitted to Finance for disbursement after approval from Manager HR / Administrator. This includes Coordination with the concerned for the related info & data, verifications, issuance of pay slips and responding to the queries of employees.
o Preparing the annual HR budget & salary increment under supervision of Manager HR and execution of budget including performance management & appraisal system.
o Final Settlements of Separated Employees for their salary, PF & other payments.
o Active participation in payroll projects, business process improvements & other assignments under Manager HR.
o Record Keeping & Reporting: to ensure that all related records are available for ready reference and submission of various reports, info & data to Manager HR & Administrator.
o Training & Orientation of subordinates in HR, billing & OPD department
· Supervise, guide & lead all the corporate billing & recovery operations as an additional responsibility.
· Checking of final company wise bill periodically submissions.
· Assisting Manager Finance in negotiation & approval of periodical rate revision with different companies.
