I am primarily accountable for the smooth installation of new hardware and software, conducting regular tests on IT systems to ensure compliance with established standards, and ensuring the secure storage of valuable data. Additionally, I actively contribute to network administration tasks and diligently address any concerns or complaints from colleagues regarding IT systems and software. Moreover, I have the creative responsibility of crafting visually captivating designs for the company's artwork, encompassing both traditional and digital ads as well as various point-of-sale materials. I also engage with senior management to develop compelling graphics for promotional and marketing content, while providing valuable creative feedback and effectively managing workflow processes.

I’m primarily responsible for handling all design projects; from conception to the final stage. As a Product Designer I’m responsible for creating visually appealing designs for the company's artwork, from traditional and digital ads to point of sales material also responsible for providing creative feedback and ensuring proper management of the workflow. Similarly, I’m communicating with the Higher Management to create graphics for promotional/marketing content.

My main responsibilities to Assist the System Administrator with desktop support, troubleshooting desktop hardware/software problems, and carrying out projects as assigned in a culturally diverse environment. Properly document support, repair, and project activities. In general, free the system administrator from some of the day to day issues so I focus on larger projects and IT initiatives.
