Being a strategic Human Resource Leader , having more than 10 years managerial experience along with my M-Phil HR . I believe hard working with interactive top-down communication skill, employees empowerment, empathatic attitude, 360 degree performance appraisal and planned effort for the transation of organisation culture or OD . The planned efforts for OD intervention will enhance the performance to achieve strategic aims of the organisation. More over my personality, marvelous communication skill and confidence level(WITHIN THE SOCIAL NORMS) made me first choice for the employers. Further More, I BELIEVE that HR department is the change-agent of the organisation development, to not only develop the HR bank but also reduce employees turn over by intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with accurate bench marking of performance appraisal (BM align with JD/JS).
