Recruitment : Responsible for the end to end recruitment process starting from developing Job descriptions,designing advertisements, job posting, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting Interviews, registration formalities and detailed on-boarding of the new hires. On average closing 15 -20 positions each month in different grades & functions all across the company.
