I am a recent college graduate (3.70CGPA, BS(HONS) Management Sciences ) from Institute Of Administrative Sciences, University Of The Punjab, Lahore. During the course of my academic career, I also managed to accrue nearly 1.5 months of work experience. HR Intern
As an HR Intern, I participated in employee engagement initiative “ PTCL Razakar” and training sessions initially. In PTCL, I learned valuable professional skills such as productivity and performance management, project planning, staff training and development. My role required management of applications, communication with employees, sending emails to staff for allotment of assignments and feedback specifically.
Key achievement:
• I under the supervision of my supervisor conducted a session “Pride” for appraisal of employees on the basis of their creativity and critical thinking skills. Best managed, this session was admired by all senior managers and employees.
