• Working out demand generation, expiry & actual market return monitoring & supplies delivery. • Reporting and monitoring sales, trade spend, numeric, OOS and returns for the Lahore Region to Center Zone.
• Maintaining & clearing claims for center zone in liaison with Sales control team and Distributions.
• Add on responsibility – Liaison with supply chain for smooth Ordering process.
CHILLED DAIRY - CENTER ZONE:
Managing Operational activities for Center zone Including Lahore, Multan, Gujranwala and Sahiwal region.
• Working out demand generation, expiry & actual market return monitoring & supplies delivery.
• Reporting sales, numeric, OOS and returns for the Center Zone to head office.
• Maintaining & clearing claims for center zone in liaison with Sales control team
• Add on responsibility – Liaison with Key Accounts for smooth execution of supplies for driving volumes
• Maintenance & management of tenders, inquiry & quotation database, Performa invoices & other customer
related databases. .
• Coordinating with logistics & finance team for handling of order deliveries.
• Assisting other departments in organizing sales & marketing forums, exhibitions, seminars, events & administrative matters.
• Assist in designing all branded merchandise.
