 Primary function is to provide operational and strategic direction for a team of installation and maintenance (I&M) telecommunications technicians.  Monitor, evaluate and report on Program status, schedule, budget and alignment to strategic goals.  Leading and managing teams of Engineers and Technicians.  Coordination with technical departments for aligning activities and resources.  Working on GPON and EPON Technology with expertise in CMTS & U2000 Operations.  Installation and Commissioning ELV systems (Cisco, Huawei, Raisecom, Maipu equipements).  Generate, update and manage trouble tickets.  Monitoring KPI and managing SLA.  To manage field activities, Initial Networking and Troubleshooting.  Develop Method of Procedures (MOPs) for preventive maintenance activities that is consistent with company compliance requirements.  Maintain communication with each site manager to ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance activity is shared.  Understanding of IP Protocols with expertise in Routing and Switching.  Document management (contracts, schedules, field service reports, etc.)  Monitoring of alarms and performance information.  Managing Day to Day rosters, ensuring smooth 24/7 operations.  Level I & II technical support to collocated engineers and technicians.  Other Duties as assigned.
