-I am a Graduate Civil Engineer. Highly motivated, disciplined and organised with excellent management, negotiation and communication skills in English & mother tongue Urdu. I have enjoyed a successful career working for Associates & Development.Pvt.Ltd (Peshawar), Misuka Engineering (Peshawar). Recently I have joined the School Construction and rehabilitation Program with IMC Worldwide to build about 30.000 classrooms and missing facilities in Pakistan.
-I am a responsible professional to take care of all engineering interventions in the project area through reports, spot checks, close coordination with stakeholders and ensuring that all the required specifications are met.
~I have quite good experience on buildings (Educational/ health facilities). Involving monitoring & evaluation; site supervision/inspections; Preparing construction work plans/strategies, performance/ construction reports, engineering estimates and verifying contractor bills; Liaising with technical teams/stakeholders to implement technical specifications, construction processes, quality control/assurance protocols, designs and contractual documents; Team building/training engineering staff; Conducting coordination meetings and presentations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):
Monitoring all the major activities occurring at site.
Preparing the bills in joint measurement along with contractor representative.
Supervising the field activities especially concrete pouring.
Ensuring the quality of work as per QA/QC department.
Ensuring execution of health and safety requirements.
Verifying the invoices submitted by the contractor based on joint measurement sheets jointly prepared with contractor.
Preparing of Rehab BoQ’s for the upcoming schools.
