Major Sales Role:
- Completing the process of the sale from start to finish, This may be done over the phone or in-person
- Tracking down new sales prospects and maintaining relationships with potential future buyers, being very familiar with the company's product or service
- Meeting the quota on a weekly or monthly basis will be the goal, It may extend beyond typical business hours to include nights and weekends
Major Marketing Role:
- Also responsible for following up with the students who register for online courses and find more about customer satisfaction.
- Provide the support of projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns
- This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
- Monitoring active marketing programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns.
- Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand.
- Develop marketing collateral to offer to the client.
- Create innovative ways to gain exposure for client products
- Conducting market research and analyzing data-Use social media to promote product and services
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical data
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Requirements
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (such as CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Strong communication, organizational and people skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
- 2+ years’ experience working in marketing
- Excellent problem-solving skills
