Tasks
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Analysis and troubleshooting of tickets received
- Operations and maintenance including the customization developed as part of the solution.
- Coordination for fixes, patches, updates testing and implementation with other teams
- Backup Monitoring
- Application Performance Monitoring
- Automation through scripts
- Access Management
- Defect analysis/ Classification/ Prioritization
- Patch implementation in production environment
Skills, Knowledge & Attitude
- AWS hands on will be a plus
- Red Hat Certification will be a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- Proven work experience in DevOps(6-12 Months)
- Can do attitude
