Call Center Agents

Phonetik PrivateLimited is hiring a Telemarketer to join our outside sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss home improvement, mortgage and solar projects.

We’re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of Base wages and high commission checks. You will generate a minimum of 5 leads per day and make follow-up calls when appropriate to close sales. We are seeking experienced telemarketers, but if you only have inside sales experience, we are willing to talk to you.

Responsibilities and Duties

Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory

Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales or leads program

Answer potential clients’ questions about home improvement projects or goals

Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day

Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules

Train other telemarketers when required

Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control

Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
