Key Roles
Responsible for handling matters that are related to Plant Administration, Security, Safety and industrial relation
Supervise Industrial Relation activities such as handling labor union (CBA), Charter of Demand (COD) negotiations, maintenance of industrial peace in the factory for obtaining smooth running of plant and productivity
Carrying out investigations and inquiries regarding discipline, financial frauds, theft, industrial pilferage and accidents etc
Represent management in statutory / non-statutory councils / committees/ boards, handling disputed matters at all forums/Courts
Effective liaison with labor agencies, labor directorate, police & other government departments
Cost effectively and economically monitoring and controlling day to day administrative works, events management, travel, transportation management, housekeeping, Staff uniforms arrangements, security of cash, building, machinery, material and finish products, management of workers canteen, janitorial, communication facilities etc
Management of Family colony (houses/flats) and single accommodation for employees
Management of Dispensary for employees including ambulance services etc
Supervision of literacy program for labor children and surrounding area.
