Our Head of Sales is seeking a candidate to fill the role of an Executive Assistant.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Managing correspondence & communication
- Departmental coordination
- Calendar Management
- Documentation support: preparing quotations, presentations, etc
- Assist with project management
- Scheduling & booking of meetings
- Supporting the workflow
The candidate who applies to this position must:
- Be skilled at using MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint – all 3 will be tested at the interview stage
- Have excellent written & spoken English – will be tested at interview stage
- Should be proficient with using web-based e-mail clients.
- Must be a person who is willing to be a team worker or perform independently, as is required.
- Be willing to commit to the job & sign a 12 month contract.
