- On a daily basis, the agent will be making outbound calls to achieve assigned tasks.
- Daily follow up of outstanding requests from customers.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer concerns.
- Obtain client information by making telephone calls, interviewing clients and verifying information.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- Keep record of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way.
